September Move my @$$ Challenge

Update on August Move Your A$$ Challenge.
So I ran a little more and my final miles for August was 43.3 miles.

So I joined the September challenge and this month I'm going to try for 60 miles but I'm counting running and walking this month since we walk most weekdays after work. (well we've not done so good yet but next week we will).  It's fun trying to make your goal with others in a Challenge.  If you want to join our group go to myfitnesspal.com and join then look for Move Your A$$ Challenge under the Community section.

I skipped yesterday's Ripped since I ran but tonight I'm planning on doing week 2 day 6.  I will probably do one more day of week 2 since I skipped Wednesday.  Then on to week 3. 

Everyone have a good safe Labor Day weekend.  I'll be Ripping/Walking/Running at Myrtle Beach!(and probably eating way too much)
