I started this blog in July to record my 30 Day Shred progress. Well that is over and I had some pretty good results.

September - 95 miles completed (running and walking)

Bad Day
No exercise today :-( One of those tired days. I know I should have gone out and done something but I didn't feel like it and I've not done as well on my eating either. Back to normal tomorrow. Cool weekend ahead so lots of running to do.
