I started this blog in July to record my 30 Day Shred progress. Well that is over and I had some pretty good results.

September - 95 miles completed (running and walking)
October - 117.1 miles completed

338 calories burned
If I had been in the mood to run I could have done better. 33 minutes is still a good time for me though.
Lots of training to do in the next 3 weeks.
