My exercise today:

Walked for 65 minutes.....burned......248 Calories

Ripped in 30 Week 3 Day 4....burned......199 Calories

Hopefully I will have week 3 of Ripped done this week.  Not sure how long it will take me to complete this DVD.  I need to start running 5 days if I'm going to run at the Coastal 5K at Myrtle Beach in October.  This was my first 5K last year and I want to run again this year.  I'll decide for sure in the next few weeks.
