Day 8 Level 1 is completed and today was the easiest workout that I've felt. I pretty much did everything that Jillian said to do. Still doing part of the push-ups modified, but she says you can do it either way so I'll pick modified most of the time. I even managed to do the jumping jacks and jumprope pretty easy. So if you are doing this program it will get easier for you at least in level 1. Level 2 could be a different story. Not much else to report on today's workout. I'm going to take it easy today and not do my running. I might walk some later today.

Just finished L1, Day 9 and I agree with all your comments..first part is horrid then the rest is a cakewalk. Decided to do the Yoga Meltdown after and wow, was sweating right onto the mat, think it was worse than the Shred.
