Today seemed a little harder for me. I think I was working harder at it all this morning. Still have a few places that I have a little strugle with. I can do the walk out push-ups pretty good, but I know that I don't go down low enough on the push-ups. I'm sort of in between the regular and modified version. I doubt I will ever get all the way down on push-ups. My arms just can't take that torture. I kinda like doing the plank jacks. On this one you go in a plank position and then you take your legs out to the side like you do on regular jumping jacks. The bad part is you go right into double jump-rope after this. I still have to do the single jump-rope moves. I can't bounce that much or that high. Getting up and down off the floor fast isn't so easy either for someone my age..ha.
So, I'm almost certain I am going to buy a HRM(Heart Rate Monitor). I talked to Sadie (daughter) yesterday and she has a Polar FT4. She is a fitness instructor and she likes this one. I think that is probably what I will get too.
