I started this blog in July to record my 30 Day Shred progress. Well that is over and I had some pretty good results.

September - 95 miles completed (running and walking)
October - 117.1 miles completed

Ran 3 miles and walked 1/2 mile on the treadmill. Raining today so had to stay insided.
Burned 378 calories in 45 minutes.
