I started this blog in July to record my 30 Day Shred progress. Well that is over and I had some pretty good results.

September - 95 miles completed (running and walking)
October - 117.1 miles completed

Sunday's LONG Run
I ran for 60 minutes without stopping. That is a first for me!!!
It wasn't a fast run but I didn't stop!
